Kingston Clean Sweep

Join the Friends of Historic Kingston, The City of Kingston, and dozens of service organizations and community groups on the 4th Annual Kingston Clean Sweep. Register to volunteer for the event below and select which location you would like to volunteer at! There are opportunities all over the City!

 The Clean Sweep will take place on April 20st from 9am-12pm. Please arrive at either the Friends of Historic Kingston (Uptown), The Everette Hodge Center (Midtown) and T.R. Gallo Park (Downtown)

Forsyth Nature Center's 2013 Kayaking Program

 

This year a variety of Kayaking programs will be held on the Hudson River, Rondout Creek and Esopus Creek.

Summer Programs being May 25, 2013 and will continue through August 17, 2013

Programs include:

Good Morning Paddle: Saturday Mornings at 8:30am-1o:30am (Hudson River)

Hudson River Sunset Paddle: Saturday Evening at 5:30-7:30pm (Hudson River)

$25 for Kingston Residents, $35 for Non-Kingston Residents

 

Up the Creek Paddle: Friday Evening at 5:30pm-7:30pm (Rondout Creek) 

Special Rates during the Summer Friday Night Program, thanks to a grant from the Hudson River Estuary Program.  These programs will be FREE for Kingston residents and only $15 for non-residents. 

 

Fall 2013 Paddles

Fall Foliage Paddles on the Rondout Creek: September 14, 21, 28th at 9am

Fall Foliage Paddles on the Hudson River: September 14, 21 , 28th at 5pm

$25 for Kingston Residents, $35 for Non-Kingston Residents

 

A $10 discount is provided for all programs if you bring your own Kayaking Equipment (life jacket, paddle and Kayak)
